Some of you may not know, but Haiti holds a dear place in my heart. In 2007 me, my dad and my sister Catherine went to Haiti as volunteers with the medical group Healing Hands for Haiti. It was an amazing experience so see and feel the type of lives those people lead. We met so many amazing people, and cared for precious children.
This earthquake disaster is horrible; I can't even wrap my mind around the severity of it! Someone has reported to say, "I don't think that a word has been invented for what is happening in Haiti. It is a total disaster."
I think of the people I have met there and the children I have held and wonder if they are okay. Below are some of my favorite photos of children and hopefully it will soften your heart even more to help out!
